AR Lowers

The Kies KR series lower receivers

Standard MilSpec lower receiver, marked as Multi Caliber, 22LR or Pistol. All are  completely compatible with standard AR accessories such as stocks and trigger groups.  As well as any standard milspec compatible upper receiver.

All our lowers all start life as a solid block of 7075 aluminum.  We do not use castings or forgings for our lowers, this does take more time then using a casting or forging but we feel that it delivers a superior product as all dimensions are held by the CNC machinery and are not dependent on the condition of a forging die.  All of our lowers also have extra wide and deep magazine guide surfaces, the front magazine wells are also checkered all the way to the edges for a superb grip when using a mag well hold.

Lower receivers are available stripped or complete.  Complete lower receivers are assembled with your choice of a 6 position milspec M4 type stock or a fixed position A2 rifle stock, Ergo SureGrip pistol grip and a milspec trigger.  On all M4 type stocks, single point sling mount plates and proper torquing and staking of the castle nut is standard.
